David Warnes sold our property in less than a week. He prepared a beautiful description, which included specific upgrades and thorough inclusions. David was very quick to advise us that although the market was very good at this time it was important to set the right price and not overprice. Overpricing discouraged potential buyers and could cause for a long and stressful time waiting to sell. Not to mention that in the long run the price would likely have to be dropped significantly to sell. We followed his advice, priced the house accordingly and the house quickly sold. David was honest, professional and totally reliable at all times. He answered all our calls and emails within a very short time, often within minutes. This allowed us to feel confident that he was definitely working with us and for us. He was extremely knowledgeable not only about real estate but about the community and the environment of Ottawa.
